My attempt is to learn from my peers, friends , teachers and ensure we are all growing together as compassionate individuals who believe in collaboration. In this episode, I talk to Kasha Nia Sachdev about her journey as a brilliant powerlifter. Kasha is currently 16 and entering the eleventh grade at B.D. Somani International School this fall. She has been lifting since she was 8 and competing since she was 12. Apart from lifting, she also loves advocating for causes such as women's and LGBTQIA+ rights, as well as reading and music!
