After running over Jill’s boyfriend with his car, Jeff Pickles maintains a lie that frees himself from blame until he can no longer stay silent. He chooses to donate a portion of his liver because “it is the right thing to do,” and the following episode takes us on a journey of his subconscious thoughts that become musically expressed.
