In this episode I am joined by Kieran Quinlan, entrepreneur and founder of The Pit Gym, a body transformation gym based in the heart of UK, Birmingham. Kieran has one of the greatest life changing stories I have ever heard - from on the road to being a professional boxer, to taking a downturn with an unfortunate event that took place when he was 17 years old.
