Residents on Bridge Street in Killybegs are said to be still angry weeks on from a devastating flood.A number of homes and businesses were badly damaged after flood water ripped through the town during Storm Bert.It's thought that a nearby river, which had been clogged with debris was to blame.Outgoing OPW Minister Kieran O'Donnell has committed to pursuing the matter further during a visit to Donegal this week.Cathaoirleach of Donegal County Council, Independent Cllr Niamh Kennedy says while it's hoped locally that it won't happen again with climate change, Killybegs must be prepared going forward and that the Minister must be held to his word:
