Today’s Guest is Kristin Carpenter-Steadman. Kristin was a two-time national champion volleyball player at Penn State University and former pro athlete. After traveling the world with her now husband (also two time national champion wrestler), Kristin went into coaching collegiately at the University of Virginia, Oklahoma and the most recent, Maryland.
