Kyle Coon lost his sight at the age of six after a battle with Retinoblastoma. Kyle currently competes for Team USA as a professional Paratriathlete. He represented Team USA at the 2020 Paralympics in Paratriathlon and currently resides at the Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. He competes around the world in Paratriathlons with the goal of returning to the Paralympics in 2024.
