Reporter: Nicole Nixon, CapRadio Central Valley Republican Congressman Devin Nunes has officially retired, after nearly two decades in Congress. It's still unclear when a special election will be held to decide who serves the rest of his term. Reporter: Alex Hall, KQED A state lawmaker wants to change how schools are funded.
