La Vida Loca After the Coming Out

Gracias for being here. Episode 2 is going to be about life after coming out. This is my perspective and my own experiences. For everyone, it will be a different experience. Once you step out of the closet there is a whole new world out there. There are many members of the rainbow community, all types of beautiful human beings. I know when I came out I had to figure out who I was as a gay person. We aren’t just a stereotypical gay person. There are bears, cubs, otters, twinks, muscle guys, leather guys, daddies, jocks, trans, drag queens and many more. If you’re a gay girl there are butch, femme, biker, stud, sporty lesbian, and many more. You start to want to fit in again and it’s high school all over again. You are finding yourself searching for your tribe. This is where having a chosen family could be the best thing to ever happen to you.
