Alright Dads, it’s time to hit the labour ward and meet the little alien who is about to change your life! Taking us through what happens during labour is the Doc who is as skilful as he is handsome - Dr Jonathan Nettle. This episode is full of advice for what dads can actually expect to happen during a birth and what they can do while their partner is in labour (hint: bring your pom poms). We cover both caesar and vaginal births and Doc Nettle tells us how dads can help in each case, what they should definitely NOT do (hint: drink some coffee) and also what to do if they are feeling like they might pass out….
