Charlie sees people, not color. Aamber sees wishful thinking. The Ladies agree that division is only a symptom of a greater issue. Put aside the need to be right, and the right to be offended so we can start to understand how prejudice impacts our livelihood, our choices, and unspoken obligations for women of color.
