Norm opens the show by lauding Senator Rand Paul for his resolve in voting to block the $40B Ukraine relief package.  Norm is then joined in the first hour by Jimmy Vallee, previous LAL guest and the principal of Valhil Capital. Jimmy is an expert in cryptocurrency and has much to offer to the average person in each of our pursuit of an understanding of money and the future thereof.  Norm starts with a fundamental look at the function of "money": a medium of exchange; a measure of value; a store of value; and a way to track value.  What does it mean to 'digitize' currency? Why would we want to 'digitize' currency? Norm questions the trust in our system of money, and the inherent feeling of 'crazy' he gets in thinking about the digital nature of our current economic system.  Jimmy asserts that the dollar is at risk internationally, and that there will be a massive change in the relative value of national currencies like the dollar and other global reserve currencies.
