Laura Lea makes cooking easy, healthy and family friendly. She has already published one cookbook “Laura Lea Balanced,” and has a brand new one out now called “Simply Laura Lea.” Laura shares with me her journey and how she found her love for cooking. After she graduated college she moved to NYC and found herself in a corporate job that was crushing her soul and leaving her feeling anxious. After listening to her heart, she took a leap of faith and got certified to become a holistic chef.
