Iwan Cuijpers is a highly experienced executive in the experience design industry. During his extensive career, he has worked in both leading and supporting capacities, leading multiple large scaled projects as a head of experience design. Iwan is currently CEO of Keen Design. Keen Design is one of only a few independent boutique UX Design firms in Europe not affiliated with a larger IT company. With offices in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK, Keen helps clients like ING, KLM, Deutsche Bank and EnBW with their UX Design issues. Where Keen Design sets itself apart is that it often works on products and services in the digital infrastructure of these clients, as a partner to the business and not a subcontractor to IT. As a consequence, Keen is often involved in digital transformation programs for organisations large and small.
