In addition, Jean serves on the Board of Directors for The Firefly Sisterhood and was an HR Committee Chair for the Brain Injury Alliance of MN. She received her M.A. in Human Resources and Change Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and is certified to administer and interpret the Hogan Assessments and Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator.
