Whether we appreciate it or not, conflict is a natural part of life. And since it is inherent in the workplace, it is important that we develop the skills needed to not only identify conflict, but to handle them thoughtfully, impartially and efficiently. Our ability to address and resolve conflicts will either enable or limit our success as leaders. Today I am chatting with Dr. Paul, who is an Employee Relations & Protocol Compliance Specialist, a Workplace PEER MEDIATION EXPERT, and a MEDIATION Trainer & Facilitator. She agreed to speak with us on Leading the Ship on Conflict Management in Leadership and shares some very valuable advice not just for leaders but for anyone who may be experiencing or may experience conflict.
