One of my highest values is curiosity. Maybe it's the 1/3 in my human design. :)

Intuitive energy healer, Scott Holmes returned to the podcast to discuss how we can lead with curiosity and joy. He's the lead author in an upcoming book about preventing burnout. As someone who has expereinced a fair share of burnout in the past, it brings me great joy to have a conversation centered around tools and strategies to prevent it.

It won't surprise you to know that one of the topics we discussed is boundaries and I loved how Scott referred to them as "guardrails that keep us on our paths." What a literal breath of fresh air to hear his take and it may land for you if you relate to the expereince of being a people pleaser.

Stay tuned for more information about Scott's upcoming book and listen to the whole interview, which is packed with solid advice.
