Learning Is Good but Self Awareness With Learning Is Better

from Lalitha's Morning Musings · host Lalitha Brahma

In this Episode, Lalitha shares how she applied what she learned from her Coaches. Specifically in this episode she describes how she handled the following two parts that showed up. To quote: "A part of me was not quite ready to drive in the dark, but at the same time felt the desire to visit the temple early in the morning." "Another part of me was shy and felt shameful to ask for a favor from a friend for a ride, as I can drive ( I guess it is also ego or I am overthinking)." I know it might seem odd, funny, awkward to even recognize these parts. Does it not happen to us and we just ignore it? After listening please feel free to share your insights.
