But when it comes to relationships, it isn't so easy for you to put the past behind you. Many people find it difficult to let go of the hurt, the pain and the bitterness. They often unconsciously carry this pain into the next the relationship, and into the next one and so on. There is the arguing, lack of trust and jealousy - an up and down roller coaster ride of emotions.
