Lent 2025 - Ash Wednesday

Today is Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent. -----About Lent and Sound & SeasonLent is a season of preparation—a time to reflect, repent, and draw near to God as we journey toward Easter Sunday. It begins with Ash Wednesday on March 5 and leads us through 40 days of remembering Christ’s suffering, death, and ultimate victory.Throughout this season, Sound & Season will release weekly episodes each Sunday morning to help guide our hearts and minds in reflection. We invite you to set aside a few minutes each week to meditate on God’s Word and pray that He would meet us in this season by His Spirit. As the Apostle Paul reminds us in Ephesians 5:15-16, may we make the most of this time, drawing closer to the hope we have in Christ.Each episode will conclude with a companion musical piece composed by Kyle Carpenter, one of Redeemer’s members.
