LENT | Sixth Friday

Lean back...and press in. There is a wild paradox in Jesus' invitation to come to him to rest and also to work out our salvation... What if it is in the resting that we are saved, forgiven and freed... and yet that act empowers us to WALK out our new life in Christ with Him, working it out together day by day. Salvation happens in a moment, but sanctification (the act of being formed into who we were designed to be) is incremental and ongoing.
