There's still hundreds of people in south Donegal without power, one week on from Storm Eowyn.The ESB, like in all areas, are continuing to working on restoring power to everyone.Cathoirleach of Donegal County Council Independent Cllr Niamh Kennedy says there's still a lot of residents in a desperate situation.Cllr Kennedy believes that a lot of lessons need to be learned:
