Summary
When Christmas doesn't feel magical enough, we think the solution is to do more. So we bake more cookies, attend more parties, buy more presents, and put up more decorations. We fill our schedules with so much Christmas activity that there's no room left for anything else. But maybe part of the reason we feel let down at Christmas is that we keep filling our lives with everything except what matters the most.

Almir Čolan je direktor Australskog Centra za Islamske Finansije (AUSCIF) i Vakufa Australije, član Upravnog odbora Koledža Garden i savjetnik za karijere u Koledžu Ilim. Izabran je za člana radne grupe pri AAOIFI-u (Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions) na projektu “Comprehensive ethics and code of conduct”. Savjetuje brojne organizacije koje se bave islamskim finansiranjem i investicijama.Također, bio je predavač na predmetu Islamske finansije i tržište kapitala na Univerzitetu La Trobe u Melburnu (Australia). Na ovom Univerzitet obavljao je funkciju i člana Upravnog odbora na magistarskom studiju, smjer Islamsko bankarstvo i finansije. Bio je i član Savjetne grupe za razvoj i reviziju univerzitetskih smjerova na NMIT-u te član Upravnog odbora Islamskog konzulata Viktorija.Zavriso je MBA iz poslovnog upravljanja (Biznis i Menagement) na Univerzitetu Deakin, a magistarski studij iz islamskog bankarstva i finansija na Univerzitetu La Trobe u Melburn
