Let's ditch the how for now. - Ep. 183

I have a bit of an unconventional approach to figuring out the ho.

So stay with me for a moment, because what I'm about to say is going to challenge you.

However, I do believe that you'll agree with me at the end of today's episode.

I think you should ditch figuring out the how for now. 

I know it's so tempting every time we come up with dreams, desires, and goals in our head, we're jumping directly to: 'But how are we going to do this?'

And yes, I believe learning how to do things is important, but I also do know that we took our obsession with the how-to far.

So let's entertain the thought of ditching the how for now, in today's episode. 

Journal Prompts from today's episode: 

So, just look at your life currently: 

• Where are you, what do you do?
• What can you be grateful for?
• Which resources do you currently have?

Then, once you've gotten clarity on that, ponder the following questions: 

• Where you're currently hanging out, ask yourself, Where do I want to go?
• What is the difference between the person I currently am and the person I desire to become?
• What is different in these two version of you's lives?
