Let's Talk About... Why We Love Music

This week, I talk with a really good friend of mine, musician Johnny Ono, about why we love music. We reminisce about the start of our friendship back in middle school and how we reconnected last year, our individual introduction to music as little kids, and then how we both got into listening to and appreciating music as preteens. We also discuss my music playlist making routine, our first concerts and the importance of live shows, Johnny’s beginning as a live musician (and the origin of his stage name) and how it feels like to perform in front of a live crowd, he shares some memorable stories of being out on the road, and of course, we share what music means to both of us.
