You look at the people around you, and you might think that you're the only one suffering from social anxiety out of everyone, which can feel isolating and overwhelming. Chances are, the majority of your friends also suffer from social anxiety. It's extremely common, yet people choose to deal with it in silence. In this episode, I share my 2 cents on this common but quiet issue. A lot of what I cover makes logical sense, so I hope that by the end of the episode, a load of that anxious weight will be off your shoulders.
