Many people have attempted to build a national referral network in real estate. And many have fallen short. However, Cherie Harrington from Carlsbad, California, has built a powerful network. At the center of the network is the state of California, and it's no secret that a mass exodus is taking place in California. Noticing this, Cherie also started a Facebook Group called “Leaving California”.
