Liberal Judges in Charlotte are doing the same with Decarlos Brown Jr
from The Tara Show
In a recent legal firestorm, critics are drawing sharp parallels between activist judicial rulings and the case of DeCarlos Brown Jr., arguing that liberal judges are once again prioritizing lenient sentencing over public safety. Much like the backlash seen in other high-profile metropolitan cases, opponents claim that the judiciary is using discretionary power to downplay the severity of Brown's charges, which they argue undermines the rule of law and ignores the rights of victims. This trend of judicial activism has become a central talking point for those who believe that "social justice" agendas are being prioritized over traditional criminal accountability, leading to growing calls for judicial oversight and more stringent sentencing guidelines for repeat offenders.
What this episode covers
00:02 Blasting you and your work day, little child of mine, love this song. I finally got my kids liking Guns N' Roses. It was a slow process. 00:15 how to ease them in with other more contemporary rock and roll. Okay, gotta do the show. So, liberal judges are doing the same thing with DeCarlos Brown Jr. that they're doing with their beloved assassin, Luigi Mangione. Liberal judges, yep. They are gradually, ever so gradually, because you can't do it all at once, working them back into society with no punishment. 00:44 If you've looked at Luigi Mangione, he faced, past tense, a slew of charges for assassinating the CEO of that healthcare company, he just thought it'd be a good idea. The left loves him. We played the audio of them fawning over him on Sienna. It's disgusting. I can't imagine his family having to watch that, but he's a folk hero. 01:09 in uh much the same way other liberal assassins have been in the past. Communists, Marxists, people like that. Che Guevara. He even looks like Che Guevara. Go read about him. He's an absolute butcher, but the left has always loved Che Guevara. They'd like to picture him on a motorcycle rather than doing his favorite thing, which was to ask his minions to bring him the gay men um who resisted 01:38 communism so he could shoot them himself. The left always forgets that part. Or they just overlook it because, you know, he's a folk hero. Much like Luigi Mangione. So what judges are doing that case, liberal judges, they're just gradually kind of, well, you know, we're gonna push this charge away and we'll just focus on these. And oh, that charge goes out the door too. They're gradually whittling them down. Just wait. He may do some prison time, but he ain't gonna be much. Not with liberal judges. 02:07 And the same thing is happening right now with DeCarlos Brown Jr. Okay? I know these judges and I know the system better than just about anybody covering this right now, cause I covered it. I was a crime reporter in Charlotte. And you don't get appointed to the bench in the people's uh Republic of Charlotte unless you are practically a communist. They are hardcore leftists. And you don't get elected there either. 02:36 to the bench, you don't. So, DeCarlos Brown Jr. in an absolute outrage, this is the first step in getting him out the door with no punishment or very little, in as little time as possible, for slitting the throat of Irina Zyrutskaya. And that is the goal, do not kid yourself. 03:02 He's just been found incapable to proceed in facing state first degree murder charges in the killing of Rina Zarudzka. 03:14 Why? Well, he just doesn't know things. He's a mental, he's mental, and he's just like, he's, you know, he doesn't know what he did and we can't try him. The defendant is incapable of proceeding because of mental illness and defect. He couldn't possibly understand the charges against him. He can't understand what he did. How could he understand the charges? 03:40 Did the judge have to buy this? No. They did because they're woke. How could we know? In, don't know, six seconds. If DeCarlos Brown Jr. knew what he did. I know. We'll go look at the video and listen to what he said. What did he say again? 04:09 twice. Slitter Throat stood there and said, I got the white girl. I got the white girl. He was excited about it. 04:22 For him, it was racial. I got the white girl. There's motive and acknowledgement. He said it twice. He was proud. So while DeCarlos Brown Jr. has had mental issues in the past, and I can see that, in the moment, he knew exactly what he did and that judge knows it. If DeCarlos Brown Jr. was a white guy, 04:51 in the People's Republic of Charlotte, he'd be proceeding to try, guaranteed. But this is just the first step of getting him off or with the least amount of punishment possible because he is part of the privileged class of Democrat voters. And of course, as I've explained to you the way it works now, because Democrats ...
