Rachel Bernier-Green is the owner of Laine’s Bake Shop, a family operated artisan baking company located on Chicago’s south side. Where many companies are just starting the transition to a business model of Conscious Capitalism, Rachel’s company was founded on these principles. Rachel talks about the importance of "lifting as we climb," and building our work around causes that matter. Tom learns how he could have built his math skills by baking brownies.
