His passion for business and technology led him to different opportunities which led him to being a co-founder of Payruler, an HRMS startup. Part of his experience as well, is also being the founding CEO of Micab, the first taxi hailing application in the Philippines! Today, he is deeply involved in PasaJob (www.pasajob.com). The first long-chain referral-based job matching platform in the Philippines that rewards you for connecting businesses to the right candidates. Timmy, on the other hand, leads the operations for Payruler, an end-to-end Human Resource Management System for Philippine businesses. A Systems Analyst by skill, Timmy has lead technology teams in the Philippines for 7 years prior to being the Country Manager for JFDI.Asia, Asia’s first and longest running startup accelerator for 2 years. She devotes her spare time to being a worker bee in her parent's bee farm and taking care of their dog, Margot.
