Lincoln's Downtown Rotary 14 has connected with the Rotary Club in Kharkiv, Ukraine to help purchase used laptop computers so the students can participate in their education online. Randy Bretz is past president of Downtown Rotary 14 and this week he talks about the support coming from Nebraska and past efforts to help the people of the war-torn country.
