Living on Autopilot part 4 - allowing

Today, we continued our conversation about living on auto-pilot and recap what we have covered in these conversations. We have looked at our own awakenings or breaking through auto-pilot and how it has been a slow process of uncovering our auto-pilot state and how over time, the breakthroughs come quicker and we are learning and growing through each cycle. How denial keeps us on auto-pilot and what we thought was happening during our auto-pilot runs. And, we chat about how we can take rest periods instead of slipping into auto-pilot once again.
