Living on Autopilot part 5 - now where do we go?

Today we continue our conversation about living on auto-pilot and how the awakening feels and looks for each of us. How does it feel for you? Similarly, we both felt raw, almost naked, vulnerable, and shared about not knowing the language or ways of living our authentic life. We share about being vs doing our life. We share more on how we talk to ourselves and how we can be gentle with this new experience.
