Living with Chronic Illness and Being a Supportive Ally

from Bread And Better Podcast

This week we discuss all things Chronic Illness, from living with it to supporting someone through it. As per usual we hold nothing back, getting down to the nitty-gritty of symptoms, exploring mental health impacts and sharing examples of things NOT TO SAY to someone experiencing chronic illness. We also have a super fun segment, that according to Tegan will never return... so make sure you catch it while you can! Bread and Better is hosted by Tegan Padget a qualified personal trainer, sports nutritionist, chef, and owner of the online lifestyle coaching business called Fitty Tegs, and Alex Whittington a freelance feature writer, producer, the owner of Hey Al! Productions, and a mum of three. We aim to not only discuss the issues that affect us as women - but also how the issues we deal with, and how we respond, can affect those we influence - our kids, our nephews and nieces, our siblings, our cousins, our godchildren, our best friend's kids. We are committed to opening a dialogue where we explore generational patterns in the health, movement and mindset space, and make real change.Follow us on Instagram @breadandbetterpodcastShow NotesGemelli Italian - https://gemelliitalian.com.au/Celiac Australia - https://www.coeliac.org.au/s/CreditsHosts: Tegan Padget and Alex WhittingtonProducer: Alex WhittingtonOriginal Concept: Tegan PadgetAudio Production: Alex Whittington Hosted on Acast.
