تحدث المهندس محمد طلعت رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة «MTA معماريون»، في حواره مع برنامج CEO Level Podcast الذي يقدمه رئيس تحرير جريدة المال حازم شريف، عن تجربته فى تأسيس مكتب متخصص فى التصميمات الهندسية والإشراف على تنفيذ المشروعات العقارية المتنوعة.وأوضح «طلعت» أن MTA معماريون، الذي يملك سابقة أعمال فى عدة أسواق خارجية على غرار السعودية والإمارات وجنوب أفريقيا، أن شركته قد اقترب من الحصول على مشروعات جديدة فى المملكة، والتى أصبحت تستحوذ على الاهتمام الأكبر، ليس لشركته فقط وإنما لنسبة كبيرة من المستثمرين الأجانب.ولفت إلى إن حجم أعمال الشركة يتراوح ما بين 300 إلى 400 مليار جنيه قابلة للزيادة بحكم ارتفاع التكاليف، موضحًا أن هناك مشروعات نعمل عليها فى العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة تفوق 30 مليار جنيه، وأخرى فى الرياض بتكلفة مليار ريال.
