Loca calls for General Election to be held as soon as possible

There are calls locally for a General Election to be held as soon as possible. It comes as the Government is bringing October's budget forward by a week to the 1st of October, further fuelling speculation of an early election. However, Minister Jack Chambers denies the government is planning to call an election this year. But speaking to Ocean FM news, Donegal Sinn Fein TD Padraig MacLochlainn feels the sooner the better:
