Planting seeds in the earth reminds us of all the good fruit that can come forth from a small seed. As Christians, we are laboring to plant seeds of truth wherever God has called us, trusting Him to continue to bring forth a great harvest in His time. Don't forget that a seed of truth is alive and it is powerful, no matter how insignificant, inert (or even crazy) it may seem when it is planted.Discussion: Location of the Biblical Rephidim. Dr. Aardsma has recently identified the archaeological site that is the biblical Rephidim (a significant stop in the Israelites’ journey en route from Egypt to Sinai). In this place, Israel fought the Amalekites in the wilderness. When Moses held up his hands during the battle, Israel prevailed. Also at Rephidim, Moses struck a rock and water came forth for the very thirsty Israelites.Join us for a lively discussion, as we examine the biblical account in light of the location and archaeological finds at Be'er Resisim.Featured Video: Location of the True Mount Sinai.
