I am really excited and proud of this discussion and my co-hosts Yanira/Jose Delgado for having it with me. On this episode we dig deeper from a statement I made to my therapist. I told her I am Social Loner. My therapist replied Your not a social loner, You're a Loner by necessity, social By nature. I thought wow, that's Deep because It gave me a different way to look at myself. I invited my dear friends aka Guest Cohost to discuss this further with me and of course we always have a little fun at the Lounge while we discuss Turning 40 next year.
