Long-distance relationships: do they work?

Maintaining a healthy relationship requires a lot of effort - while maintaining a long-distance relationship is an art form. It requires a lot of self-awareness, a high level of trust, confidence, and of course, a solid set of communication skills. With the advancement of technology over the last decade, long-distance relationships have become much easier to manage than in the past but it is still a lot of work.
