Love is the Measure

Fear can get toxic. We get stuck in neurological feedback loops that cause us to pull inward and react in increasingly illogical ways, especially in the context of relationships. So what is the antidote to this kind of pseudo-self-protective fear? According to the Bible, it's self-giving love - the kind that God showed us through Christ.
