It's claimed that there's a major issue with respite in south Donegal. There's said to be several families impacted in the area, and despite applying for respite hours, there's not enough beds in community hospitals to facilitate them. Fine Gael Senator Manus Boyle believes that every effort needs to be made to ensure these people get the break that they badly need:
