He credits his success to the work of God and his own personal hard work, dedication, and discipline. Vargas then goes over his time in the military and the lessons/hardships he went through to get to where he is at now. Leadership is an important topic he discusses how he became a leader in the military. Later he dives into his sales background and the incredible story of how he got a job selling cars and working with a former military operative.
