Today’s guest on the Manteca Podcast is a captain in the Manteca Police Department and a life long Mantecan. He graduated from Modesto Christian in 1991. Where he went to play sports. got his BS from Sac State in Government and a Life Loyal Sigma Chi. He graduated from South Bay Public Safety Training Consortium – Gilroy Campus, he has been with the Manteca Police Department since 1996. Our guest has held numerous positions and assignments with MPD (FTO, SRO, Traffic Officer, Delta RATT Detective, CASA/Robbery/Homicide Detective, Sergeant, Lieutenant and now Captain.) In 2010 was awarded Police Officer of the Year, 2012 was awarded the Meritorious Medal and 2017 I was awarded the Humanitarian of the Year. At 48 years he’s devoted his life to Manteca he realizes its allure is the special location in relation to the ocean and snow.
