We talk briefly about the “rush” of living for highs and lows, compared with the steadier energy of daily life. We touch on the ways we can sabotage ourselves (and hint: we all do it), and we bring up expectation vs intention: setting ourselves up for disappointment or consciously creating the life we truly want.
