In this episode, I talk to Michael Bradley, the former Executive Director and Assistant Treasurer of FX & Investments at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Celgene Corporation, about how he built his career and what advice he has for anyone who aspires to achieve the same level of career success. FX & Investments at Celgene Corporation was a global biotechnology company specializing in the development and commercialization of treatments for hematology-oncology, inflammation and immunology. For six years, Michael was responsible for developing and managing Celgene’s global FX hedging and investment programs.Celgene was acquired by Bristol-Myers Squibb in November 2019, and Michael remained on to transition responsibilities to the Bristol Treasury team until April 2020.
