Il nostro viaggio nelle Marche comincia da Jesi, proprio dal centro della regione, dove la storia si intreccia con la natura e con l'enogastronomia. Poi ci spostiamo nella provincia di Pesaro Urbino per scoprire l'Abbazia di Fonte Avellana. Cammineremo nel parco nazionale dei Monti Sibillini che abbraccia anche parte dell'Umbria ma per i due terzi è ospitato dalle Marche. E poi a Tolentino dove entreremo nel castello dalla Rancia. E poi pedaliamo sulle tracce del Cammino dei Cappuccini che da poco si è aperto anche alle due ruote: oltre 400 km da Fossombrone ad Ascoli Piceno, tra  storia natura e spiritualità attraverso i luoghi simbolo di San Francesco.
