Atribuídos a um boicote federal e estadual no repasse de verbas ao erário municipal, os salários dos servidores sofreram atrasos, e a imagem da prefeita ficou associada à incapacidade gerencial. Durante sua gestão foi criada a Apa do Vale do Rio Cocó em Fortaleza, em 1986. Ela é nossa entrevistada de hoje.
