Maryland Primary Voting Guide
from Washington DC News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
Maryland’s primary election is fast approaching—early voting starts June 11 and ends June 18, with Primary Day on June 23. You’ll pick your party’s nominees for governor, state Senate, all eight U.S. House seats, and local offices. Early voting is open 7 AM to 8 PM daily, including weekends, at any center in your county. Mail-in voters must request ballots from your state or local board. A major glitch: some voters got incorrect ballots in May, so all 447,000 potentially affected voters are being sent replacements—your original ballot won’t count if you used it. Mail ballots must be postmarked by June 23; use a retail postmark to be safe. Drop boxes must be emptied by 8 PM on Primary Day. Don’t miss your chance—get your vote in right.
