BIO: Scott McFall, Change worker, hypnotist, human behaviour expert Over the past 35 plus years, Scott McFall has worked with thousands of individuals across the world, helping them heal and improve their lives through hypnosis, neuro linguistics, his magical skill of being able to read people in a way that has never been done in the way he does it. People that have had the opportunity to work with or be mentored by him, it is indeed a transformational experience.

Scott has always brought a fresh and unique approach, he continuously creates many new angles to hypnotism and he has created a legacy of people trained by him and or his approach. Scott's teachings are taught all across the United States and Canada, through people trained right from Scott and or being trained through the Master Hypnotist Society, which he founded in 2012. Scott said in a popular article. “People who are hurting need assistance. I founded a group called the Master Hypnotist Society, which was formed after creating several schools and trainers in the industry.

The organization is dedicated to the promotion and use of techniques from neuro-linguistics, hypnosis, and perceptual engineering. We educate physicians and mental health professionals as well as consulting hypnotists on the use of methods to facilitate skills building, emotional growth, medical use, and forgiveness skills within our specialty. The current president of the organization, Dr. Daniel Burow, is a licensed psychologist with an extensive background in Ericksonian Hypnosis. We advocate for an educational, skills-building approach to human change rather than a problem-fixing model. Another reason for the organization is to network to lobby and advocate with policymakers.”

How2 Mike Sime Some people know what they want to do for a living early on, some people find out later. I’m still searching for that answer the best way I know how; talking to people who’ve already made the discovery. How2 is a podcast about people who have found career paths that fulfill them on multiple levels, and searches for the root of that success. Tune in to find out what drives someone to plant a million trees, perform surgery, or study sleeping bats. So if you have no idea what that person actually does in the career you’re pursuing, or if you’re just a curious person, How2 is for you. It might not provide you with all the answers, but it will certainly get you asking better questions. Becoming A Veteran Hear Arizona All veterans have one thing in common: service in the military. There are aspects of military life that can make it difficult for some to adapt once they have completed their service and it’s not necessarily what most people think. With a unique perspective as a fellow veteran, producer Scott Bourque examines the root cause of those issues in this series. Dr. Esperanto’s International Language, Introduction and Complete Grammar L. L. Zamenhof In July 1887, Esperanto made its debut as a 40-page pamphlet from Warsaw, published in Russian, Polish, French and German: all written by a Polish eye-doctor under the pen-name of Dr. Esperanto (“one who hopes”). Ludovic Lazarus Zamenhof (1859-1917) had a gift for languages, and a calling to help foster world amity: by a neutral “Internacia Lingvo” that anyone anywhere could readily use as a second language: neither forsaking a mother tongue, nor imposing it. In 1889 Zamenhof published an English translation by Richard H. Geoghegan, a young Irish linguist. All five are respectively considered the “First Book”. This classic sets forth Esperanto pretty much as we know it today (except that we no longer use internal apostrophes for composite words). Its original repertoire of 900 root words has grown tenfold in the past century, but you can still almost make do with the vocabulary herein. -- Summary by Gene Keyes Heal From the Ground Up Michael Hsu Are you ready to heal your emotions, relationship, family, and career from the ground up? In this podcast, What sets this podcast apart from all others, is that Michael will help you both identify and treat the root cause of your pain so you can truly be free of it. 99% of the mental health and self-help field focuses on just trying to make you feel better without understanding why you feel the way you do. This creates what I call the rubberband effect. Imagine yourself tied to a light post with a large rubber band. You push forward with "positivity" but eventually because you did not address the root cause, you snap right back. Break free from this vicious cycle of treating the symptom and ignoring the root cause by listening to the podcast as well as joining Michael's membership community for full access to Michael's revolutionary methods and teachings.
