Matthew 12: Jesus Responds to the Pharisees' Counternarrative

Matthew 12:15-32The Pharisees have been countering Matthew's narrative about Jesus. Clearly, Matthew is telling us Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. He is performing amazing signs and doing wonderful works. The Pharisees have to come up with a reason Jesus is doing these things but at the same time a reason folks should reject Him. Their counternarrative is that Jesus is in league with the prince of demons. This isn't the first time they've leveled this charge. However, this is the first time Jesus responds.
