Haven't done one of these in a while - but tonight I talked some Minnesota sports with Dave Skogen and Michæl Haas. In our first segment we take a look at the Twins offseason thus far, and kick around some possible free agent or trade targets. Which prospects might be ready to make an impact in 2021, and what might that mean for some of the veterans? Next, we cover some MLB news, and ask if the White Sox are now the favorites in the AL Central. In the third segment, we look back and make some snap judgements on the Vikings season that was, and discuss the ugly start to the Timberwolves season. We wrap it all up with our bold predictions, so give us a listen! If you want to jump to a specific section - section 2 on MLB new begins at 29:12, segment 3 on the Vikings and Wolves starts at 55:45, and we finish up with bold predictions at 1:19:35.

Sahi - Women's Health Issues Sahi What is menstruation?Menstruation or the Monthly cycle is a natural process occurring in women/adolescent girls and brings about many significant changes. Girls may experience their first period/monthly cycle between the ages of 9-16 years. Every woman’s menstrual cycle is not the same. The average menstrual cycle is about 1 month long, add or subtract 3-4 days. Most women bleed for 3- 4 days during their monthly cycle/ period. The day the bleeding starts can be considered as the first day of the menstrual cycle and the onset of the next cycle date can be estimated from this. The menstrual cycle may be irregular in the initial months, but for most women, this cycle becomes regular as they grow older. Maybe Next Time I Will KILL it! Had To Put One Under My Belt First. Covering the obvious (did you like the movie?) while diving a little deeper (what is Interstellar really about? is there a bootstrap paradox?) we are having an in-depth conversation about movies and see if they hold up to scrutiny, and maybe even inform us about life or moviemaking itself. Because a good movie is often about more than what it’s about. So, let’s see if these Hollywood directors & writers are up to snuff as we cover blockbusters, independent films, direct to Netflix movies, and everything else; maybe your next favorite film is an indie you haven’t even heard of, let us introduce you to another way of watching movies.
